Class Policies

Class and workshop registration must be made 48 hours in advance. For late registrations please call the studio: 916.872.1316

BYOB is only permitted at our 21+ events. We are licensed for beer and wine only, no liquor is permitted. Please call the studio if you have questions.



Customer Class Cancellations:

We understand sometimes plans change or unexpected things occur. In the event you need to cancel your space reservation we request you notify us as soon as possible and we will issue you a credit for a future class. We cannot credit classes with less than a 72 hour notice. Credits must be used within 60 days. Customized workshops cannot be refunded.

Cancellation by studio:
In the event the studio has to cancel class due to low enrollment, teacher illness or unexpected reason, you will receive a full refund. ​


Return Policy

We want you to LOOOOVEE your handmade item! In the event you find an issue with the craftsmanship we request you return the unused/worn item in the original packaging within 14 days to receive a refund. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges on Bath and Body items, Jewelry or customized items. Due to the nature of our Marketplace being a collective of handmade items from different artists, please understand me cannot accept returns unless the items is defective. We can offer exchanges for items that are unused/worn and in original packaging within 14 days, not including Bath and Body, Jewelry or Customized items.


Ship Times - Online Orders

Items that are in stock will ship within 3-5 business days . Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS first class shipping and 2-5 business days for priority mail.​
